I Solai di San Giorgio was born from Emilian families linked to their land, traditions and passion for excellent products. Based on these values we produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and other gourmet balsamic specialties. We are located in Ganaceto, a few minutes from Modena, in the "heart" of the land of Balsamic. We use only Italian raw materials, ensuring complete traceability of the supply chain, and all our products don't contain caramel or other additives.
Our products are the result of continuous research and to distinguish ourselves from other producers, we have developed unique concepts and recipes.
We use one of the highest percentage of cooked grape must and we are therfore specialized in the production of high-density Balsamic Vinegars and balsamic condiments.
We are certified for various types of production processes: Organic, Kosher, Demeter and according to IFS standards of food safety and quality recognized globally.
