Sangiovese is a grape with a ruby red color with violet tones. Its aroma is vinous and delicate and the flavor is dry, harmonious and slightly tannic, with a bitter aftertaste. Thanks to these characteristics we achieved to produce a very complex high density Balsamic Vinegar. The high percentage of grape must makes the product rich and full-bodied with a sweet and persistent taste with delicious notes of grapes and fig. To be combined with: mixed salads, roasts, pizza, fruit salads and ice cream, perfect for decorating any dish.
