Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Silver 100 ml Organic/Demeter Obtained from the mixture of cooked must and wine vinegar, aged in 220 liter wooden barrels (barrique).  Produced only from organic and biodynamic grapes grown in Italy, mainly from red grapes such as the typical Lambrusco or Sangiovese ones.  No dyes or preservatives are added.
 It is one of the most popular products for taste and for the price-quality ratio.
 Being characterized by a high density, it has an intense aroma and a round taste.  A delicious condiment that goes especially well with meat and fish dishes.
