Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Red 5 Lt Organic/Demeter The result of a very high-quality production, entirely derived from a selection of Italian grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture.  Obtained from the skilful mixture of cooked must and wine vinegar, it does not contain any type of preservative or colouring.  The period of rest in oak barrels makes it suitable for daily use.  It has an intense aroma, a pungent taste with a sweet, slightly astringent note.
 A delicious dressing that goes especially well with salads and cooked or raw vegetables.
