MUSIC FOR THE PALATE! ...Vinegar for music lovers.   Like the Blues, this Sweet Blues balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI is enveloping, in fact its softness due to aging and its rounded and sweet taste make it perfect for raw dishes but also for cheeses, risottos, cooked vegetables and meats. ANDa completely artisanal product that comes from the skilful aging of a mixture of grape must from the region and a small percentage of wine vinegar.   Aging takes place in oak barrels.    Sweet Blues Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is suitable for finishing meat and fish dishes.   Recommended on white rice but also with spelled and all legumes.   It can also be paired with raw or cooked fruit and vegetables and desserts.   Persistent aroma, decidedly syrupy consistency and dark brown colour.   Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI can only be produced in the two small provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena.   Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar.   Aged in oak barrels.   Store at room temperature.   GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN Available in 250ml bottles, with integrated dispenser.
