Traditional winter broth Dohatsu

A broth inspired by local recipes. This chicken, beef and pork broth evokes the cuisine of yesteryear, winter soups. — Ingredients: Water, free-range chicken, grass-raised beef bones, free-range pork bones, onion, carrot, leek, turnip, cabbage, squash, celery, garlic, Salies PGI salt, chili pepper of Espelette AOP, farmhouse cider vinegar, bay leaf, parsley and fresh thyme. Dohatsu broths are only cooked from fresh vegetables, in an artisanal manner and in small quantities. The recipes change with the seasons, they reflect the specificities of their terroir and the characteristics of each growing and breeding season. — All ingredients are natural and organic, without preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors.
