This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Anchovy fillets made by hand from carefully selected pieces caught in the Cantabrian Sea. Large, smooth "rubbed" pieces, with an intense flavor and a perfect point of salt. Very meaty texture, deep and wild flavor. Ingredients: Anchovies (fish), olive oil and salt. Contains fish. Conservation: Semi-preserved. Refrigeration, between 5 and 10 ºC. Preparation: limited production, prepared entirely by hand. Net weight: 90g Drained weight: 60 g Product suitable for celiacs.
