The El Capricho anchovies (Engraulis Encrasicolus) are fished exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea (FAO zone 27). The entire production process (gutting, maturing, filleting and canning) is carried out by hand in our facilities in Santoña (Cantabria). The maturation process has a minimum duration of 12-18 months, which gives them an exceptional reddish color, texture and flavor. They are certified with the Cantabria Quality and Anchovies from Cantabria seals, which ensure the origin of the fishing, the catch season and the place of manufacture. Low in salt and rich in Omega-3 No additives, GMO free, Gluten free, Lactose free, Sugar free, Soy free, Nuts free. Semi-preserved, it must be kept cold between 5 ° C-10 ° C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a maximum of 3 days.
