This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Fuet from the Vic area to which Montseny craft black beer is added in its production. The result is a meaty and consistent sausage with a sweet flavor, with a slight bitter touch that the beer gives it. This fuet has been awarded the Gold Medal at the DFV IFFA Competition in Germany in 2010 and the Gold Medal at the Great Taste Awards in the United Kingdom, 2010. Ideal for appetizers or entrees.
