Bath powder 10 dl

Our pH bath powder contains a mixture of crystal soda and a basic calcium / magnesium carbonate. The powder gives you an acidic medical bath for the whole body, or just for hands / feet. A great form of pH balancing! Because the bath soda makes the water more alkaline than your body, a so-called osmotic reaction (diffusion) occurs, which in practice means an equalization between two liquids on each side of a membrane - in this case your skin. In this way, the bath powder pulls out the body's excess acid in the bath water and raises the pH value in your body. In therapy, we recommend that you bathe in soda once a week, otherwise it is enough once a quarter. Use Use 1 deciliter of bath powder per bath. The water you bathe in should preferably be chlorine-free - you can advantageously use a shower cleaner or some type of water filter. Fill the bathtub with warm water, preferably as hot as you can stand, but do not exceed 39 degrees (this is to avoid a drop in blood pressure). Bathe for about 20 minutes, and add the bath powder only for the last five minutes. Brush and massage the body in the water during the bath, with special focus on the hands and feet. Finish by showering off the body. If you suffer from rough skin, we recommend that you add two decilitres of green soap to the water from the beginning of the bath. If you do not have a bathtub, or want to put special focus on feet / hands, you can advantageously do a foot and / or hand bath. In that case, you exchange the amount of powder for a tablespoon instead of a deciliter, but otherwise follow the same procedure as for a full-body bath.
