Our matured sausages are carefully selected and delivered without individual packaging in food cartons. An approach that reflects our commitment to waste reduction. For take-away sales, perfectly adapted kraft bags are also available. Recognized know-how and incomparable quality With nearly 30 years of experience, our partner is a leading player, recognized for its cured meat products combining tradition and innovation. Each sausage is matured in our workshops in Lille, by the MALECOT group (ESAT des Papillons Blancs). This process guarantees dry quality and optimal shelf life (BBD). ÉAs they are made in an artisanal manner, our sausages may present slight variations in weight. They are designed to weigh around 170g, but over time and as they mature, they lose water and naturally become lighter. Therefore, upon receipt, their weight may vary between 150 g and 180 g. Perfect for bars, wine merchants and delicatessens, this sausage will delight lovers of authenticity and quality.
