5 organic spices

Our five spices organic is composed of the traditional Chinese mixture, cloves, fennel, Sechuan pepper and green anise, minus the cassia (Chinese cinnamon much less aromatic than Sri Lankan cinnamon) which we replace with real Ceylon pipe cinnamon. (Sri Lanka) for more flavor. And as always our spices are toasted and ground to order for more freshness and flavor, one of the specificities of Place des Epices
