PLANETAE AMBER RUM: Planetae Rhum Ambré is made from organic sugar cane syrup from South America. It is distilled in a traditional copper still in the Spirits Valley, then aged in cognac barrels, before being reduced with pure water from the Gensac-la-Pallue spring. Its nose of candied fruit, honey, cinnamon, chocolate, almond is greedy, especially with its pastry notes, reminiscent of rum baba. Its mouth is harmonious and opulent. Tasting tips Planetae Amber Rum can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in a cocktail: Cuban Punch, Caipirinha, Mojito, etc. 70cl - 40° Planetae WHITE RUM: Planetae White Rum is made from organic sugar cane syrup from South America. Its mouth is balanced and reveals aromas of sweet orange, pear, jasmine flower and almond.
