This gin pushes the requirement for responsibility in supplies even further: 99% of the raw materials used are French. Juniper bay, bergamot, lemon verbena, orris root and sage: a bouquet of spring plants warmed by the gentle sunshine of bergamot. Iris is a captivating profile of freshness and enigmatic charm. This gin is produced with grape marc alcohol, distilled in Vaucluse on a Stupfler® still, which eliminates as many sulfurous compounds as possible. Its powerful and spontaneous aromatic berries give the base note to our gin. We add coriander, caradamom, ginger, angelica, and of course juniper berries, native to our Montmorelian hills.
