Gin Machaon GIN DES PRAIRIES – 40%VOL – 70CL Produced organically, with respect for nature, this exceptional gin takes its name from the swallowtail: a butterfly from meadows, wastelands and gardens, still very common throughout the Northern hemisphere but whose population is beginning to decline, link with the application of pesticides.     Certified Organic Agriculture product.   Base: organic wheat alcohol.   Organic plant ingredients: berries and young shoots of juniper, elderflowers, rosemary, lemon zest, coriander seeds.   Distillation in a Stupfler® still.   No cold filtration.   Slow reduction for an optimal finish.   No colorings, sugars or other additives.
