This new gin pushes the requirement for responsible sourcing even further: 99% of the raw materials used are French and come from organic farming.     Juniper bay, bergamot, lemon verbena, orris root and sage: a bouquet of spring plants warmed by the gentle sunshine of bergamot. 

Iris is a captivating profile of freshness and enigmatic charm.     This gin is produced with grape marc alcohol, distilled in Vaucluse on a Stupfler® still, which eliminates as many sulfurous compounds as possible.
