The importance of my origins is at the heart of my project. Behind the latter, there is a lot of meaning, the desire to transmit values that are dear to me and also an undeniable know-how. Sharing my heritage and my origins through gastronomy has always been in the back of my mind and especially at the bottom of my heart. “Little Sicilian Treasures”, this is the angle from which I would like to present my precious heritage to you.
