Puttanesca sauce

Puttanesca sauce, a tomato sauce combined with the right mix of olives, capers and a pinch of chilli. Without preservatives to keep the original flavor of Mediterranean cuisine intact. Ingredients: Tomato, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, anchovy paste (anchovies, olive oil, salt), garlic, parsley, salt, hot pepper. Directions for use: Seasoning for first courses. Heat over low heat to enhance the aroma and season the pasta cooked al dente. Ideal base for cooking fish main courses such as cod and tuna. Net: 180g / 212ml
