Amatriciana sauce

Ready-made amatriciana sauce prepared according to tradition to give your dishes all the taste of Italian cuisine. Bacon, onion, fresh tomato and a pinch of chilli without adding preservatives. Ingredients: Tomato, pork belly, extra virgin olive oil, onion, carrot, celery, white wine (contains sulphites), salt, garlic, basil, parsley. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Directions for use: Excellent condiment for long pasta dishes such as spaghetti and bucatini. To enhance the taste, we recommend a sprinkling of grated pecorino just before serving. Net: 180g / 212ml
