Ramen is a special Friday night dinner in our house; these tasty little noodle-broth bowls always look so beautiful!This is my ‘seafood inspired’ take on the classic dish- here you’ll find crab, prawns, clams, chilli, udon noodles and not to forget, the tea-stained egg!
