100% pure and natural essential oil obtained by steam distillation of Cedrus Atlantica wood. A majestic tree, the Atlas Cedar can reach more than 30 meters in height and live for more than a thousand years. Originally from Lebanon, Cyprus but also from Morocco or Algeria, Atlas Cedar has a woody fragrance on a soft, deep, balsamic and smoky base. Use: Food flavoring (CoE n°: 2025n) Food dosage: 1 drop for a dish of 5 people (never exceed 2%) Always use the essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (e.g. honey, vegetable oil, etc.). ) Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams). Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case it is necessary to put 4 times more solubol than essential oil).
