Siltimur

Siltimur grows wild in the eastern mountains of Nepal. Its lemony aroma makes it an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood. Siltimur goes well with poultry and white meat as well as steamed vegetables. For desserts, it goes well with red berries or purees with exotic fruits. Suitable for mortars.
