Kampot Rouge long pepper beads

The pearls are fruits of the red long pepper from Kampot, Cambodia. Initially sweet in the mouth, the spiciness comes gently. Excellent with lamb, duck, fatty fish, chocolate and fruit. The beads can be used immediately. No mortar or grinder are necessary.
