Long Red Pepper Kampot 125g

A complex and unique bouquet, with sweet, spicy and balsamic aromas. It harmonizes with meat, fish, vegetables and desserts with fruits and chocolate. Kampot long red pepper is a long pepper that is harvested when the berries are ripe and red. The structure of its fragrance is quite different from that of black pepper and with a significantly higher piperine content. It is used whole, broken into 2 or 3 parts, crushed with a mortar, ground in a grinder or grated with a nutmeg grater (grind or grate just before use).
