Bolovens Red Pepper is powerful, fresh, with an incisive spiciness and long finish. 
Red peppercorns are green peppercorns that have been left longer on the vine. 
They retain their color during drying, and are the sweetest and most expensive variety due to their longer maturation and selective harvesting. 
Pepper experts rate this red pepper as exceptional for its size and fruity, gingerbread and date aromas. 
We recommend purchasing whole peppercorns, as freshly ground pepper is far superior to pepper marketed already ground. 
Whole peppercorns retain their flavor indefinitely, but quickly lose their aroma and spiciness after being ground.
