Coming from an exceptional terroir on the Bolovens Plateau, at an altitude of 650 meters in southern Laos, this pepper stands out olfactory and gustatory for its exceptional aromatic elegance. 
Bolovens Green Pepper is spicy, sweet, with acidic notes and exceptional length in the mouth. 
Young peppercorns are harvested and processed before maturity to offer a variety of mild, fresh flavor combinations. 
We recommend purchasing whole peppercorns, as freshly ground pepper is far superior to pepper marketed already ground. 
Whole peppercorns retain their flavor indefinitely, but quickly lose their aroma and spiciness after being ground. 
Glass jar with twist-off lid (thus avoiding contact with air and outside elements as much as possible). 
Measurements: 6.25*6.25*8cms. 
Keep in a cool, dry place protected from light. 
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
