Thekkady Vert, harvest 2021

This green pepper grows in the Periyar National Park. It has a diverse, mild, mint-fresh aroma and is slightly hot. Thekkady Vert goes well with lamb, poultry, fish, light sauces, pies, Asian vegetables, fruits and rounds off salads. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
