Lampong pepper, harvest 10-2023

Long pepper has a pleasantly mild sharpness. Its warm and spicy taste contains delicious notes of cinnamon, liquorice and chocolate. Lampong pepper goes well with game, lamb, tomatoes and chutneys. The pepper comes from the Indonesian province of Lampung, in the south of Sumatra. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
