Tasmanian pepper, harvest 2023

Black soft large berries with notes of juniper, currant and laurel. Tasmanian pepper has an unmistakable sweetish then fiery aroma at first. It goes well with exotic fruits, cheese and fish. The pepper is harvested from wild shrubs in Tasmania. Suitable for mortars.
