It is harvested by the farmer-pickers of the cooperative with whom we work. It is entirely harvested by hand in mid-May then dried in the sun. Our chamomile is a flower endemic to Persia commonly used for its properties. Our chamomile comes in the form of small, very crumbly yellow flowers with a sweet scent of slightly vanilla and musky honey.
