The chamomile that we offer you is wild.   It is harvested by the farmer-pickers of the cooperative with whom we work.   It is entirely harvested by hand in mid-May then dried in the sun. Our chamomile is an endemic flower from Iran commonly used for its properties.   Our chamomile comes in the form of small, very crumbly yellow flowers with a sweet scent of slightly vanilla and musky honey.
