They are drier than those usually consumed but so much more fragrant. This specific variety chosen by Raya is different from the Zagros fig that is regularly found in commerce. The quality we offer is exceptional, it is a selection of highly prized figs, among the most ripe and tasty, with more pronounced and concentrated aromas than other species. Our wild figs dry directly on the tree before being picked by the producer.
