Ideally, put the can on ice or in the freezer 5-10 minutes before opening for consumption. Real Conservera's scallops are mainly from the Arousa estuary. These scallops are bought at fish markets in Cambados where, without a doubt, the best quality scallops are found due to their size and flavor.
