Tarama summer truffle - 1 kg

Churned the old-fashioned way in a very artisanal way, all our taramas are exclusively made with whole bags of lightly smoked Icelandic cod roe.   Truffle tarama Invented by Byzantium in 2008, it has been copied numerous times. 
Our recipe is, however, exclusive to us and uses our natural tarama raw base, to which we incorporate, this time, 3% tuber aestivum (summer truffle) as well as natural truffle oil.   Provided you are a truffle lover, of course, the result is magical: the aromas of cod roe and truffle echo, juggle together, mix and complement each other.   And to get all the flavors, taste this tarama on our cocktail blinis.
