
The buononaturale truffle carpaccio is obtained from the black summer truffle variety. After the UNESCO World Heritage practice of the caccia e cavatura, our truffle is dehydrated and transformed in semi-artisanal laboratories along the central-southern Italian Apennines. Our truffle is preserved in extra-virgin olive oil and without additives, thereby managing to retain its pungent aroma and intense flavor. Combine it with a fillet or with any first course, from pasta or barley to rice, for memorable meals.
