Our carpaccio goes perfectly with pasta, omelette, steak, over pizza, stirred into sauces or as an antipasti with cheese and salad. 

Our truffles come from the foothills of the Apennines in the Molise region. 

Due to the natural vegetation and optimal climatic conditions, the region is known for its diversity and high quality of truffles. 

We work with a regional truffle hunter: Angelo trains his truffle dogs himself from a young age and supplies us with absolutely fresh truffles.
