Truffle Pesto - Truffle Pesto Tartufata - 90 g

Sauce with mushrooms and truffles. 

We make our aromatic Tartufata according to a classic recipe from the Molise region. 

It goes perfectly with pasta, steak, grilled vegetables or pizza, as well as being used as a vegan spread or stirred into sauces. 

For this delicately spicy pesto we only use Italian summer truffles and regional mushrooms. 

For our truffle products we only use Italian white or black truffles from the foothills of the Apennines in the Molise region. 

Due to the natural vegetation and optimal climatic conditions, the region is known for its diversity and high quality of truffles. 

We work with a regional truffle hunter: Angelo trains his truffle dogs himself from a young age and supplies us with absolutely fresh truffles.
