The result is a fine culinary delight that is only possible with the addition of the noble white spring truffle. 

A unique treat for anyone who wants to taste pure, natural truffles — with pasta, omelette, steak, pizza or as antipasti. 

We only use Italian white and black truffles from the foothills of the Apennines in the Molise region. 

Due to the natural vegetation and optimal climatic conditions, the region is known for its diversity and high quality of truffles. 

We work with a regional truffle hunter: Angelo trains his truffle dogs himself from a young age and supplies us with absolutely fresh truffles.
