To achieve this, in our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology in food quality, we exclusively select the best meats from the best origins, accompanied by a completely artisanal production process based on homemade recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, for which we only use fresh, 100% natural, km0 ingredients, resulting in an exclusive, limited production product.
