At Real Conservera Española we only make high-quality preserves from the best shellfish and fish from the Galician Rías, caught in the campaign and at their best seasoning. The product is made in an artisan way, taking care of the canning and packing by hand, and selecting and placing each piece in the can to guarantee the best presentation at the time of tasting.
