Conservas Artesanas Rosara is in the heart of the Ribera Navarra, in the north of Spain. There, on the banks of the Ebro River, the best fruits of the orchard grow thanks to the favorable climate, the fertile land and the good work of its people.

Craftsmanship
Since its founding back in 1986, Rosara's main objective has been to offer quality. For this reason, we select those fruits of recognized prestige and with designation of origin, such as asparagus from Navarra or piquillo peppers from Lodosa. And, of course, we are committed to careful craftsmanship, with all that this implies: peeled by hand, packaged without preservatives or colourings, roasted over firewood... etc.

Good taste and love for gastronomy is an important factor in Rosara. Our kitchen offers multiple delicious dishes such as piquillo peppers stuffed with T-bone steak and foie in grape sauce or seafood cream, which are part of our extensive menu. Some of Rosara's dishes are prepared following the traditional recipes of our ancestors and others are born in the kitchen, the result of our innovation processes. Of course our dishes, sauces, creams, mousses, etc. do not have any additives that detract from the good taste of our spectacular raw materials.
