Eager to import Italian gastronomy to France, Francesca and Bertrand Arbogast created a fast food chain specializing in Italian cuisine in 1997. Their idea is based on the sale of real durum wheat pasta accompanied by fresh sauces prepared by them according to traditional Italian and Sicilian family recipes, to eat on site or to take away.
We have recently developed a range of sauces for mass distribution and grocery stores.
Our sauces made by Francesca herself are made with products mainly sourced in Italy and of organic origin. We have also passed part of our range through organic certification and plan to continue.
We do not add any preservatives or additives to our sauces for which our approach is and has always been focused on quality, taste and respect for traditional Italian recipes. We fill our pots by hand and we only make small productions to keep a “homemade” taste.
