Our bitter cider has an alcohol content of 6.4% and is made from orchards from the Baden and Württemberg regions. The cider is fully fermented and made from 100% apples, without the addition of flavors or preservatives. This gives it a natural and authentic taste. It has a clear and golden color and a pleasant acidity that makes it an excellent accompaniment to hearty dishes.
