An excellent brandy for in between, to heat up the mood or as a nightcap after a delicious meal. Only selected and regional apples are used, which then become a full-bodied apple brandy after several months of barrel storage under the best conditions. An extremely fine and extraordinary fruit brandy that you like to enjoy pure. Like apple liqueur, the Obstler apple is suitable at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 °C. The old apple is like the nostalgic memory of the apple compote from grandma's cellar. Every summer, only the best fruit is preserved, filled into thick-walled jars and vacuum-sealed with a red rubber ring under the lid. There is probably nothing you can buy today of this quality, but the flavors have been revived in this spirit.
