The result of a patiently refined process and an exceptional terroir, this Cuvée du Distiller pays tribute to the know-how transmitted by Roger Damoiseau Père et Fils as well as to the 40 years of harvesting of the 3rd generation. Damoiseau amber agricultural rum is made from the pure juice of the best selections of sugar cane grown in Grande-Terre. It has spent a minimum of 12 months in oak casks of 10,000 to 36,000 liters at the distillery, which gives it light woody and spicy notes. The geographical indication guarantees a unique and authentic result.
