Honey Plum / Reine Claude Plum - Brière Honey

A powerful maceration with character thanks to its high alcohol content and this honey. The association with Reine-Claude gives notes of undergrowth and could bring to mind plum brandy. Ingredients: - AOC white agricultural rum from Martinique (JM) - Reine-Claude plum - Brière honey 39° / 70cl
