Our black Venere rice is an absolute rarity and impresses with its strong aroma and unique black grain color. An absolute eye-catcher on the plate, whether for an extravagant risotto or as a breathtaking side dish with a unique nutty aroma. We only use the best organic premium rice grains from Italy. Each grain is processed by hand on Italian rice fields in the Piedmont region. After a thorough selection and cleaning of the harvest, the Venere grains are packed in 450g bags.
