Our soup classic from northern Italy with the finest organic vegetables and fine risotto rice conjures up a Mediterranean treat in just a few minutes - Buon Appetito! Preparation for 128g (approx. 2 servings): 1. Boil 750 ml of water. 2. Stir in minestrone sachet. 3. Optionally add 1 can of tomatoes or 2 handfuls of fresh tomatoes. 4. Cook uncovered on high for 18-20 minutes until desired consistency is achieved. 5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soup seasoning. 6. Serve with a little olive oil and warm ciabatta. + Topping idea: olive oil
