The strong one from the north! For our East Frisian tea, Assam teas from the Gingia, Koilamari, Raidang, Seajuli and Singlijan gardens were used. Traditionally, the tea is drunk with Kluntjes (rock candy) and cream. Ingredients: Black tea Preparation: Bring one liter of water to the boil. Put eight to ten grams of the tea into a pot, pour half the water over it, let the infusion steep for five minutes and then pour in the remaining hot liquid. What is really important for the success of this tea is soft water. If necessary, please use a filter to descale it. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and lightproof place. When stored correctly, East Frisian tea will last approx. Shelf life 18 months.
