Assam teas from the Harmutty, Satrupa, Balimara and Jamguri gardens have been used for our aromatic East Frisian tea. The strong tea is traditionally drunk with Kluntjes (rock sugar) and cream. Preparation: Bring a liter of water to a boil. Put eight to ten grams of the tea in a pot, scald half of the water over it, let the infusion steep for five minutes and then pour in the remaining hot liquid. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and light-tight place.
