The plant, also known as rooibos tea, grows exclusively on the Cedar Mountains in northern Cape Town. Its reddish-brown color and its aromatic, sweet taste are characteristic of rooibos tea. The following applies: the stronger the red, the higher quality the tea. Preparation: Scald 15-18 grams of tea per liter with boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and light-tight place.
