Ti Kuan Yin Oolong

Ti Kuan Yin Oolong is a variety of the tea plant, the name means something like “goddess of mercy”, and comes from the coastal province of Fujian in southeastern China. It is considered one of the 10 best Chinese teas. Preparation: Use 12-15 grams of tea per liter of water and pour over soft, no longer boiling water (ideal temperature 60-90 degrees Celsius) and let it brew for 2 to 3 minutes.
